Activities
The ocean of Northern Peru is a treasure, with an impressive biodiversity. One can go whale watching, swim with sea turtles, surf next to dolphins, and scuba dive. We can book any of these tours for you and arrange transportation.
Mancora’s downtown is full of restaurants. One can find a local fair in the main square with different types of crafts and jewelry. Alongside the main street you can find an array of boutiques such as La Sirena and Bagus. For transportation just stop one of the many tuk-tuks and indicate the name of the restaurant you wish to go. Don’t be fooled by the prices, as these can be bargained.

Location
With warm weather and shining sun 365 days a year, Villa Adhistana offers a relaxing paradise and warmth unique to the Northern coast of Peru. Situated along on the cliffs hugging the shore on Mancora beach, the Villa is a quick 4km ride to Mancora and conveniently accessed from the Talara (1.5 hours), Tumbes (2 hours) and Piura (3 hours) airports as well as the Santa Rosa airport in Ecuador (2.5 hours).
Villa Adhistana has a strategic location to assure privacy by being located in the hills of Mancora beach and the villa boasts to have the areas most incredible beach view. With absolute privacy, the Villa offers the best environment for total relaxation and was designed and built with the inspirations of the most luxurious Balinese Villas in mind.
Beach access can be found through the nearby DCO Suites, Lounge & Spa; sun loungers and umbrellas will be provided. Just a 20 minute walk down the beach, one can find the peaceful and wonderful Mancora sea pools where the ocean and the rocks meet creating unique natural pools for bathing.
